REFUND POLICY
Digital Products
All our products are digital files (posters in JPG format) delivered electronically for download immediately after payment completion.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, consumers cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital content if it was not delivered on a physical medium and was delivered with the consumer's prior express consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
By placing an order and downloading the digital file, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to withdraw from the contract.
Claims and Refunds
We provide refunds in the following cases:
- Technical problems with file download
- Damaged or unreadable files
- Receipt of incorrect product
- Quality does not match description

Contact us within 14 days at email: ivetaneu@seznam.cz with your order number and description of the problem.
What Cannot Be Claimed
- Change of mind after download
- Incompatibility with your device
- Printing errors
- Color differences after printing
