1. What You're Purchasing

By purchasing a digital poster from Posterlabel, you receive:

  • A digital file in high resolution (JPG format)
  • A license to use this file according to the terms below
  • Right to re-download the purchased file from your account

Important: You are not purchasing copyright to the artwork, but a license to use it.

2. Personal Use License

This license is automatically included with every purchase and allows:

✅ WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Print the poster for your own household (unlimited prints for personal use)
  • Use in private spaces (home, apartment, cottage)
  • Gift printed poster as a present
  • Resize for printing purposes
  • Archive the digital file for personal use

❌ WHAT IS PROHIBITED:

  • Sell or distribute the digital file
  • Share the file with others (including family, friends)
  • Use in commercial spaces (offices, hotels, restaurants, shops)
  • Sell printed copies
  • Use in advertising or marketing
  • Upload to print services for third parties
  • Modify the content (crop, color changes, add text)

3. Commercial Use License

To use posters in business settings, a commercial license must be purchased.

✅ WHAT IS ALLOWED:

  • Print and display in commercial spaces (offices, clinics, salons, cafes)
  • Use in corporate interior design
  • Portfolio presentation (designers, architects)
  • Use on company websites as decoration
  • Print up to 50 copies for one company/location

❌ WHAT IS PROHIBITED:

  • Sell or distribute the digital file
  • Sell printed copies to customers
  • Use in products for resale (t-shirts, mugs, calendars)
  • Use in advertising campaigns or billboards
  • Sublicense to third parties

4. Extended License

For specific uses, we offer custom extended licenses.

Examples requiring Extended License:

  • Use in products for resale (merchandise)
  • Print more than 50 copies
  • Use in advertising campaigns
  • Use in apps or digital products
  • Use in TV or film productions

5. Copyright and Artwork Origin

  • All posters are original works by Posterlabel
  • Photographs and graphics are created by our team
  • Copyright remains the property of Posterlabel
  • License is non-exclusive and non-transferable

6. Technical Information

  • Format: JPG in high resolution
  • Size: Optimized for A4, A3, A2, A1 printing (depending on product)
  • Download: Immediate after payment completion
  • Re-download: Available from your customer account
  • Support: For technical issues, contact ivetaneu@seznam.cz

7. License Violation

In case of license violation, we reserve the right to:

  • Request termination of unauthorized use
  • Seek damages
  • Take legal action to protect copyright

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be issued after file download . If you experience technical issues with the file, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
