Shipping policy
Product Type
We sell exclusively digital products - posters and wall decorations in JPG format. These are not physical goods, therefore we do not require a delivery address or postage.
Delivery Method
All products are delivered electronically through the automatic Digital Downloads system:
- You will receive files immediately after successful payment completion
- An order confirmation email with a download link will be sent to your email
- The download link is valid for 30 days from purchase
- You can download files repeatedly during the link validity period
File Formats
- JPG - high resolution for printing
- File sizes are optimized for quality printing
Delivery Time
- Immediately after payment confirmation (usually within 5 minutes)
- If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam/junk folder

Technical Requirements
- Working email address
- Internet connection for downloading files
- Sufficient disk space (files are approximately 5 MB)
- Program for opening JPG/PDF files
Download Problems
If you have a download problem:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Try using a different browser
- Contact us at ivetaneu@seznam.cz with your order number - we will send you a new link
Shipping and Handling
No shipping or handling fees are charged for digital products. You only pay the product price.
Printing
After downloading, you can print the files at home or at a print shop of your choice. We recommend quality paper and professional printing for the best results.
